In this role you will have the followingresponsibilities :
Study the shop drawings and ensure that the installations are carried out with accuracy and as per international best practices and standards. Monitor and limit material wastage and should be accountable to complete the works within the budgeted quantities Conduct tool box talks and continuously train operatives to maintain high levels of safety standards Review the shop drawings and identify & highlight potential conflicts/problems early to solve in time Motivate the site staff to keep the productivity levels high Ensure that the quality of installation works is maintained within acceptable standards Ensure proper house keeping and will be responsible for maintaining work place neat and tidy.
