The Phantom Works division of The Boeing Company requires a Senior Military Advisor for its decision support capability at the Riyadh Analysis and Experimentation Center, providing Operations Analysis and Systems Engineering Support services to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) customers.

The primary function of this position is to act as the Senior Military Advisor, and head of the Operations Analysis team. This will involve providing government military and security customer perspective and expertise to the country Senior Manager, in order to shape experimentation plans, assist in developing and executing the International Experimentation KSA strategy, and facilitating access to key customers.

The SMA will support the Senior Manager on developing and executing the IE KSA strategy, technical direction and customers issues as they relate to the establishment of the new capability. The basic A&EC analysis process requires analysts to undertake problem identification, definition and requirements elicitation, collect and validate the associated data, represent/model the problem and validate the performance of the model, generate and analyze the results, communicate the findings, and attend external events such as conferences and trade shows to represent the A&EC and Boeing International Experimentation in areas of domain expertise.

Specific tasks – you will be required to:

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers, key partners, suppliers, internal and external stake-holders, as well as industry and government officials of interest. This requires understanding of the customer requirements and knowledge of the KSA military and commercial business sectors, marketing, and customer needs and relations.
• Expertise across military Operations and Analysis domains, providing direction to the Operations Analysis team.
• Provide assessments of changes in defense budgets and policies, including any US-KSA bilateral issues and their impacts on Boeing's business objectives.
• Knowledge of the process of international, national, industry and customer standards, guidelines, regulations and policies pertinent to large-scale system businesses, developments and operations.
