The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for establishing, cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with Government Agencies responsible for critical infrastructure protection, including the Ministry of Interior and its security functions. Additionally, this person will be responsible for relationships with commercial companies/organizations responsible for critical infrastructure including Aramco, SABIC, etc.

Success in this position requires constant attention and communication with all key officers and other key leaders in customer organizations. These activities frequently extend to evenings and weekends (after normal working hours) at various formal and in-formal social and official events.

You are also required to have an intimate knowledge of cultural, religious and tribal relationships within the KSA and the associated network of positions that influence the successful outcome of Boeing programs in the Kingdom. The position requires regular contact, communication, and correspondence with customers at all organizational levels.

You must be familiar with and be able to interface with all Boeing Defense, Space, and Security programs. This interface includes advice, guidance, and facilitation in the furtherance of program wins and program execution; in order to facilitate Boeing leadership decisions regarding all aspects of Boeing programs in the Kingdom.

You’ll be responsible for the inputs and quality-control of communications, program decision papers, white papers, background papers and proposals from the programs to the customer. This position provides support to Boeing senior leadership regarding status of all affected Boeing programs. You must have the skill and experience to conduct briefings and technical meetings with top management and customer representatives.

This position is key to the hosting of Boeing personnel visiting the Kingdom. With intimate program knowledge, you must be able to recommend and make the appropriate appointments and recommend talking points to Boeing personnel. In addition, this person will accompany (as necessary) program personnel to appointments to help facilitate discussions.

This job may be level 2E or 3E and will determined by the level of experience and qualifications of the selected candidate, in relation to the scope and responsibility of the position.
