-To be in charge of day to day follow up for imported goods from various suppliers.
-To be responsible for the follow-up with the clearing agents to release goods within the allowed time.
-To schedule all deliveries to various clients on a firm schedule.
-To follow-up deliveries to various locations & jobsites.
-To coordinate with storekeepers on deliveries and space needed.
-To alert management on any problems arising which may jeopardize the operation.
- To help in procurement of materials from the local market.
- To be in charge of local transport which includes hiring of trucks, heavy equipments & manpower need to deliver materials.
