HR Executive at Manpower Professional / Clarendon Parker Middle East

Our client, a growing organization, is urgently looking for a HR Executive to be based in their Abu Dhabi office. Directly reporting to the HR Consultant, you are expected to carry out general HR funcitions in the office including but not limited Managing and coordinating all HR functions and resources and ensure all functions are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. Delegating and monitoring functions, goals, objectives and programs of the HR section. Preparing reports on the overall performance of the HR Section for the Senior Manager-Support Services. Reviewing and evaluating the work of staff under hisher supervision ensure that HR programs are of appropriate quality ensure that resources are used effectively and that all activities comply with policies and procedures. Advising the Senior Manager-Support Services on the programs of all work under hisher control. Ensuring the availability of required resources to carry out all the tasks related to the HR Section functions. Performing periodic performance appraisals for the team within the HR Section. Ensuring that all staff acquires the related skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs. Ensuring that policies and procedures for various functions within the section are documented and adhered to. Ensuring that all the technology needs of the section are identified to ensure that the section processes are performed efficiently and cost effectively. Managing and reviewing manpower planning activities for the organization including gathering manpower requirements from all departments and sections within company to ensure staffing of all present and future vacant positions performing work load analysis and developing manpower plans based on identified manpower requirements. Managing and reviewing recruitment related activities such as developing recruitment plans and other routine activities such as and not limited to screening resumes, short listing candidates, scheduling interviews with Department Senior ManagersSection Managers, issuing offer letters for selected candidates conducting negotiations with the selected candidates, discussing all employment formalities post acceptance of offer and developing and executing for the new hire inductionorientation programs. Managing the coordination with recruitment agenciesjob portal agencies for sourcing of potential candidates and the coordination with newspaper agencies to advertise on employment opportunities in the company.
